JINGRI has several medium and large-sized die casting machines, its workshop covers an area of 2000 square meters, and the production capacity reaches 4000 pieces.
Covering an area of 1000 square meters, we have the leading CNC equipments and a professional team in the field of CNC finish machining. CNC process mainly refers to precision machining. CNC equipment is featured with stable quality and high precision, which could guarantee the quality and increase production efficiency.
We have a professional powder coating team as we understand powder coating plays an important role in the process of luminaire manufacturing, among which surface treatment is the most important part. It aims to improve the luminaire’s hardness, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and water resistance.
SMT workshop is equipped with intelligent machines such as automatic surface mount system and automatic solder paste system with advanced technology. Surface mount technology (SMT) is an advanced circuit assembly technology. SMT is featured with high assembly density , small size, light weight, good reliability, anti-vibration and low soldering defect.
Our automatic assembly line connects luminaires’ assembly, aging, conveying and packaging by a conveyor belt. By doing this we can save labor cost and enhance efficiency.
There is an independent aging room in each workshop, which allows 600 luminaires to have aging test together.
Our packaging workshop consists of 2 conveyor belt production lines, 30 separate operating tables and 4 comprehensive inspection and packaging lines. The production capacity of assembly line is 2500 pieces of medium and small LED luminaires or low voltage LED luminaires within 8 hours.
Covering an area of 13,000 square meters, Our pole manufacturing workshop is equipped with full set of equipment which allows to achieve annual production capacity up to 100,000 pieces.
